Genevieve is a brand, marketing, and growth strategist with over 20 years of experience helping companies turn brand into the strategic growth driver of the business.

Her career spans consulting, in-house brand leadership, agency environments, and startups, including roles at Accenture, New Balance, GE, and Digitas, where she worked with brands such as Delta Air Lines, Bank of America, Subway, FedEx, Pepsi, Prudential....and others.

Across these organizations, she has led and contributed to large-scale transformations across brand, marketing, customer experience, and business model innovation. Her work has ranged from redefining brand positioning and go-to-market strategy to shaping digital ecosystems, launching new products and services, and aligning cross-functional teams around a clear path to growth.

What sets her apart is her ability to bridge strategy and execution.

She can step back to assess the business from a 30,000-foot view, identifying what’s driving or blocking growth—then move into the weeds to pinpoint exactly where things are breaking down across brand, marketing, and customer experience.

She doesn’t approach brand as the identity stuff. She sees it as a strategic lever that informs how a company shows up in the market, how it operates, and how it grows.

Today, through The Mainnor Group, Genevieve partners with founder-led companies and organizations to diagnose what’s not working, bring clarity to complex business challenges, and align brand, marketing, and business strategy so growth becomes more intentional, efficient, and scalable.
